Med Aarhus Taxas application has made access to taxi services more convenient than ever before. You can select your pickup location and place an order with ease. The app is available free of charge.

Upon opening the app, it automatically detects your nearest address. You can move the map or manually enter a different pickup address if you need to be collected elsewhere. If your pickup instructions require additional clarification, simply include a message for the driver.

You have the option to request an immediate ride or to book a taxi in advance for a later time.

By entering both the pickup and drop-off addresses, the app provides a maximum fare that the meter will not exceed, offering price security. All rides with a capped fare can be prepaid through the app, eliminating the need to handle payment at the end of the trip.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a reference number. You will be notified when the vehicle is on its way, and you can track its progress on the map, including the vehicle number.

If you wish to cancel your booking, this can be done easily, provided the vehicle has not yet arrived for pickup.

If the driver is required to wait for you at pickup or if you plan to go to a different destination than originally stated, the maximum price may no longer apply. In such cases, charges will be based on the meter rate in the taxi.
